The process for Registration is as follows:
Beginning May 1, 2018, the Online Registration System will open for enrollment for the 2018-2019 school year. Please go online and complete the registration PRIOR to coming to Walker.
The on-campus part of Kindergarten registration starts on Tuesday, May 1st – Thursday, June 14th 8:00 am-2:30 pm at Walker Elementary School. Please make sure to complete the ONLINE registration BEFORE coming to Walker.
When coming to Walker to complete your child’s registration you will be required to have the following documents:
- CHILD’S LEGAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE
- PROOF OF IMMUNIZATIONS – if you would like more information on this or would like our nurse to check this ahead of time please contact Whitney McCall at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- PROOF OF RESIDENCY – a current utility bill (gas, electric or water only dated within 30 days of registration), a housing contract with a closing date, or a lease with signature. Another POR will need to be provided at the beginning of the 18/19 school year.
- PARENT’S DRIVERS LICENSE
- CHILD’S SOCIAL SECURITY CARD (preferred, but not required)

All new Kindergarten students for 2018/2019 are invited to a Kinder Story Time May 30th at 9:00 am. Students will hear a story and then have a short tour of the school.
