Last Day of School Schedule and Procedures

8:15am:  Meetin’ at the Creek
10:30-11:30 – 1st and 4th Grade Hot Dog Lunch
11:30-12:30 – K and 5th Grade Hot Dog Lunch
12:30-1:30 – 2nd and 3rd Grade Hot Dog Lunch
1:30 – Flag Lowering Ceremony
2:00 – Alternate student check out procedures – see below.

Check out procedures for the last day of school:
If you’re checking out your child before the flag lowering ceremony, you must do so in the front office.  Once the flag lowering ceremony is over (around 1:45), teachers will escort ALL students back to class while parents wait outside.  Once students are back in classrooms, parents will go to the following locations to check out their child with the teacher:

Kindergarten and 1st grade – enter through the Kinder pod doors and proceed to your child’s specific classroom to check him/her out through your teacher.

2nd and 3rd – go to 3rd grade doors and proceed to your child’s specific classroom to check him/her out through your teacher.

4th and 5th – go through front doors and proceed to your child’s specific classroom to check him/her out through your teacher.

Once you’ve checked out your child with the teacher, you are free to leave.

If someone other than a parent or guardian is picking up your student, you must email the teacher by Wednesday, June 6 or you will be asked to check the student out in the front office.

All check outs after 2:30pm will be handled in the front office.

*EVERYONE – INCLUDING PARENTS – MUST HAVE A DRIVER’S LICENSE IN ORDER TO CHECK IN FOR ALL LAST DAY OF SCHOOL ACTIVITIES, AS WELL AS TO CHECK STUDENTS OUT.*
